The Holy Spirit is the one who gives us the spiritual gifts that empowers us to use them. God Spirit does not impart fear or cowardice, but power, love, and sound mind, or self control. The Spirit imparts power for the various circumstances of ministry. As true christians we will not, can not, be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ because we are to be testimony of our Lord, sharing with Him in the suffering never being afraid to witness.

To stir up the gift, with the desire to discover, develop, and deploy the specific spiritual gifts that God has given us should be like a fire blazing within us, and to be diligent about our work for God, and not to slacken our pace in this spiritual race. Making a conscious effort to exercise the gift for the common good of the body of Christ Jesus.

Galatians 5:22, By the fruit in us will produce and show that the Holy Spirit is in control of our lives . Love, joy, peace, paitence, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, and their is no conflict with being plesent to be around when the Sweet Sweet Spirit of God is in control all and everything about Him is positive.

Seeking God and all His righteousness first, and placing Him as head of our lives. The material blessing of God are to be enjoyed and for the advancement of His Kingdom, not for self-centered living. A believers daily obedience to God builds a good foundation for the time to come, a believers works will be evaluated to see what his or her life in Christ Jesus has produced.

For the love of money is the root of all evil, the love of money will cause a lost of faith in God to provide for our every needs, and relying on money to take the place of God, Who has all that we stand in need of, all for man and man-kind every needs. Seek God and His Kingdom first and all of His righteousness, and all these other things will be added unto us, meaning our every needs.

Contentment is great gain. Godliness without contentment would be a joyless, and legalistic righteousness. Contentment without godliness describes a person sadly disconnected from God's truth.

Probably they were hoping that their debates on religion would gain them a following and financial support. "Wealth is God's blessing on the godly. If we tithe, we will get more money because we can't out give Gog. Motives having the right hearts towards money. God blesses us according to our needs and our needs is not always money.

We are all one in Christ Jesus. The bondage of slaves to sin has been broken, and Christ Jesus has set us free, those who are christian slaves, Consider their masters worthy of full respect to that God's name, and our teaching may not be slandered, Paul encourages slaves to get their freedom.

Do not be hasty to laying hands or ordination or setting into office. The danger in doing so one that is a new convert will still be on milk and not able to digest meat at this time, one may have an un- repentant heart and lack forgiveness in their heart of the mind, these dangers can be lessened by first being tested and if their is nothing against them let them serve.

So that the others may take warning. Partiality and favoritism will cause a lack of discipline where it sorely need to be exercised. It is so difficult to day to exercise church discipline as to what I see , their is more partiality perferring one before another and not placing the false teachers responsiable for their lack of teaching and spreading God's Truth and the True Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Double refers to two types of honor, (1). Respect for ruling well and (2). Adequiate pay for their diligent care of the church. Financial care for elders.

Carrying for them is God's way, For it is a way that we show our thanks for them carring for us and in a sense some re-pay for what they did for us. Fail to do so is to deny the very faith we claims to beleive.

Godliness come by way of in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity, in other words godliness comes by godly living.

Piety and obedience to the commands of God 2Peter 3:11. Godliness in 1Timothy 3:16 signifies the sustance of revealed religion. Obediance produces godliness. Holy conduct and to the commands of God strict moraility is when we stick to ones-selfrightousness, what one beleives to be true rather than God's truth.

Insisting on false teaching commanding the opposite and causing confusion because to often it seems attractive since it gives a false sense of self- righteousness, inner corruption is unable to be restrain because of legalism.

To be careful of the company you keep, not all teaching come from the Holy Spirit, but false teaching come by way of Satan, and that we who are called by the name christians, and that christ-like people are not to fall under false teaching, but are to renounce it, abandon it, distance ourself from some person or thing. This knowledge should have the effect for ministry and churches to not be surprised, or over whelmed by the chaso that can be created by satan false teaching and that what the churches requirements by God. To not be loveless, but be ready for persecution to stand on the true Gospel, and not compromise the true Gospel, do not deal in corruptness, do not be a dead church and always be a faithful church unto the doctrine of Jesus Christ.

All qualifications for overseers/elders and deacons are likewise, interchangeable for the same qualifications. The only difference that I understand to be is that only the bishop is the under shepherd, under God having rule over God people in teaching them the pillar and ground of God truth. Their is a qualification for a deacon wife, I was unable to find any for the bishop wife this is a different , but all must be ruled and lead by God Holy Spirit.

Misconduct and disorder weaken the support of God's truth in the world. A person in leadership of God's people. When you don't consider these factors the church may be in danger of a person with several- fld such as Impaired judgement, Risk of a public binge and discredit to the church, a life pattern of lying and self-deceit to cover up or excuse the problem and guilt.

They are not to be a new beleiver (Novice) newly planted, being a new convert could put him in danger of being puffed up with pride. As evaluated, their charcter should be blameless or without accusation.

That as a church leader one should be "Blamless" ( not to laid hold of), Husband of one wife literally means "a one-woman kind of man"or as referring specifically to those who have remarried after devorce. Temperate (sober or clearheaded), sober-minded must have control of his body and mind, balance state of mind self-restraint or good behavior (orderly), hospitable (loving strangers), able to teach (qualified to teach, or be teachable).

I beleive that Paul instructions about women teaching and leading in the Church for the twenty-first century, is that womens are to be educated on God's word, in other words womens must be willing for God Holy Spirit to lead, teach, direct, rule and guide their every lives and actions, and must be about doing the will of God and not their own or someone elses. I support my view by acknowledging that God uses whom ever and when ever He pleases to get the true gospel applyed. We all come in contact with false teaching and the opportunity to stand up for God True Gospel showed up, and it was the time to stand on the truth wheather you was a man or women , God uses all mankind to spread His Gospel and womens are included.

Clothing was to show profess to worship God and if they worship God they would dress decency and propriety not in a way of causing attention to themselves but in a way of suitable, sobriety, and discreetly.

Those involed in leading public worship is not to have wrath (slow, boiling type of anger) and doubting (to think backward and forward causing disputing). If believers do not have good relations with others in the Church they should not lead in public worship. Prayer is to be offered without "Resentment" or "Disputing" amoung those in the Church.
