Seeking His Face

I am safe and protected,I can relax in HIM. I still need my Father's wisdom in life situations but I can know that He has it under control. Through Christ I can get through anything!

That He is with me ( watching out for me). That through Christ I have been given authority over them and I need to start acting like what the word says I am. That He will rescue me,protect me,answer when I call,and even when I don't. He will also deliver me,honor me,(can you imagine that!),He will satisfy me , give me long life, and show me salvation. I feel safe!

He said in the psalms that God had been a shield, a rock and that he had taken shelter in His wings. I always need to stay close to my Father.

meditating on Psalms 40. It is overwhelming to me to think God's thoughts are toward me!! I will continue in that,If His thoughts are continually towards me what should I be doing? Continually seeking Him, but some days are better than others. Thank God for His mercy and grace towards me. Without Him I am nothing.

Because David knew just like I know I am nothing without Christ. An we believe that God is faithful to His word. He did not give me what I deserved. Well then you are going down the wrong road with more troubles to come.

I feel loved,cherished really describes it better. I and secure and safe, confident of our relationship. It makes me respond with great love and devotion to my Father. It also increases my desire to please my Father by being obedient to His will.

Because David remembered God's goodwill,grace and favor that He has for His children. God made a way for me by sending His son Jesus Christ who willing shed His blood to cover my sins, so we could have a relationship. The blood covered my past covers present and future. Its hard for our brain to wrap around that sometimes because it is a divine attribute not a human one. So don't let guilt and sin keep you from your Savior, run to Him,there is new mercy every day

I really enjoyed Psalms 150. I think when you read it out loud to yourself and you start each verse with Praise Him, It impacts and changes your whole day. It distracts you from yourself and directly sends you to God. I will memorize it. Up to this point in my walk with the Lord, I know His word, but I can't say it exactly. You know a minister said to me today that the Lord would bring His word back to my rememberence, if I don't have His word in me He can't remind me of it. Pray with me for divine intervention in this area. You know where I am weak He is strong.

The Lord's record of salvation, righteousness and faithful love and coming with righteous judgement. Because of the salvation of the Lord and His return. More in my life then in corporate worship at church, I don't think we spend enough time, we are on a schedule and we rush through the program.

He is: The Rock of Salvation, The Great God, MY Maker,Our God,King above all. Because we can still go astray after we have worshiped Him(empty words).Worship is nothing (void) without obedience.It still has the theme of worship, If you say you love and worship me why aren't you obedient?

That it is a command, not a choice. In the Holy place, the heavens. Praise Him with your voice, in song with instruments, everything that has breath should praise Him. I feel thankful and excited about my Savior. He keeps me each day.

Paraphrase of Psalms 133 How wonderful it is that the body of believers are knit together by our love for God. We are covered by His love flowing among us, I am saturated! In it comes refreshing, blessings and life.

I like verse #2 The oil running down the head to beard to the collar. It reminds me of a covering at type of protection. Unity is difficult because we all want our own way, our own opinions etc. We need to accept others just as Christ accepted us. But some still have issues and we want to judge and separate from that. I am incapable but Christ in me is able. My job is to love and it is Christ's job to change.

Keep your word at all cost. Do what you say,don't take advantage of the poor/persons in need for your own benefit. Don't be motivated by money and tell the truth. Stability! not to be swayed by changing situations. All of them.

Because sometimes in this world evil looks like it is prospering and the righteous are having a hard time. I like verse #2 In the Message bible it says it this way " Instead you thrill to God's word, you chew on scripture day and night. The definition of thrill is something that causes emotional excitement. My pray is that this would be my hearts desire, more of His word. Like in Jeremiah 15:16 , I found your word and I ate it, to me is was the joy and rejoicing of my soul.

Psalms 63 was the psalm this week, I am going to read it to my husband. He does not have much contact with people outside of our home. He does not attend church with me, I pray the Lord touch his heart. pray for us.

Then what would be the point, If God did not love us there would be no need for our relationship. Everything God has planned and done was so we could commune with Him. It tells me no matter what has happened in my life, I am loved by my Father. And He loves me so much he goes out of His way to call me to His side. To speak with me, to teach me, to use me to further His Kingdom. Words can not say all that is in my heart for my Lord.

Overwhelmed,depressed,alone and defeated. He combats his feeling by going by what he knows about God, by reminding himself of all the Lord has brought him through up to this point in his life. Yes I am sure we have all been there. We can worship God for who He is and with praise and thanksgiving we can thank Him for being faithful to all His promises to us. And suddenly my perspective of situations and circumstance has changed because of His presences in my life.

Prayed Psalms 139, I will continue to pray it for the rest of the week. It is really helping me realize how close God is to me and how I am always on His mind. Truly He knows me better than I know myself. As I continue in this prayer, I pray it would become even more real to me and I would begin to walk in who I really am, not what the world says but who my Father says I am. Margie

He realizes that God knows every part of him, He knows my beginning and end. He knows all I have endured or done in this life, and He still loves me. We as humans sometimes don't know our own errors/sins. He asks his Father to search him and cleanse him and put him on the right path again.
