Seeking His Face

How magnificent the Lord is. By telling all that the Lord does for those who apply the word to there lives. Yes I have felt that way before. You can see God in nature, that just didn't happen it was created.I am sure he was in awe of it all. He asks God to let all he (David) does bring glory to Him.

It tells us that He is majestic and excellent. That we are small in comparison to the world, weak in ourselves but strong in God. That Christ came down to earth, humbled himself and became like man so we could be restored to God. zto serve God responsibly by ruling over His creation.

Because it was the right thing to do, It was the custom at that time. Philemon and Paul both served the Lord, and Paul had to get this in the forefront so this situation could be remedied. Onesimus was a christian now and he also needed to make thing right between himself and Philemon.

Maybe he could be struggling with all the demands placed on him but his large congregation and Paul is exhorting him to hold on,be strong and stay on course. It is very important that you complete the work the Father has given you.It will be worth it all when you see him face to face. Must forget about self, it's all about Christ and who He is. I have no ability in myself,I and dependent on my Father. It is my job to be obedient to His call and its His job to bring about His desired results.

To persist, be alert and thankful. I pray by talking to the Father all day long, but I must confess I may not always be paying enough attention (alert) all the time. If we incorporated this into our prayer life we may be more eager to pray and would see more results and a fuller deeper connection with our Father. Also this thankfulness directs us more toward worship that just complaining and asking for stuff.

We are Christ representatives, we are to reflect our Savior and show forth the changes He has made in us since we surrendered to Him as Lord. When so many people are under one roof they must have a way of getting alone. Everyone is different so we must so forth the grace we were so freely given. To the lost this should show Christ like attributes and draw them to Christ. It causes harmony to be everywhere in the home as well as the church

It may be a remnant of our old life before Christ. Idle gossip and slander are worse than bad language if that's possible because we are killing others with our conversation. While it makes us not a very good representative of Christ, it is causing terrible damage to the recipient. Renew your mind by reading and meditating on the word of God. Repent and ask forgiveness when you fall short. Apologize to whomever you've offended and think before you speak . Over time we should get much better as we mature in Christ, since He is the one who reigns in us now. FYI you died when you accepted Him as Savior and Lord, so how you feel or what you think doesn't really matter anymore. Christ will take up your defense if necessary.

Mostly because of the culture we live in, with consenting adults it is a common practice in today's world. Not to mention T.V. magazines, music etc. Remember the old saying if it feels good do it. We all have a natural desires, but all the outside stimulus is not helpful at all. 1st off the love of Christ constrains me!!!!! Keep your mind on things that are pure, and good, like the word of God. Avoid situations that could cause hazardous results. Any relationship worth having is worth waiting for.

Because it is disconnected from the head,(Christ). Kinda like self exaltation. That we would have a relationship with the Savior, and in that we are changed!!!!!!

Jesus was the sacrifice for the laws of sin and death for me. By His shed blood which He willingly gave at calvary. He paid my debt forever. Because without the shedding of blood I could never have communion with Christ. I would be eternally lost and evil would had had its way. But God!!!!! The toothless lion has lost the war. The devil and his helpers are forever residing in hell, Christ is victorious!!!. Like with Job nothing happens that my heavenly Father doesn't know about and give the ok for. All things work together for good to those who love the Lord, even when I don't understand the why's He does and I can stand on that.

Because it its no based on the truth! (The word of God). Yes I am afraid I have, Like the word says " my people parish because of lack of knowledge" .
