  1. Q2. (Exodus 16:7-8) Why can grumbling against a leader really be a symptom of grumbling against the Lord? Are there any cases where this might not be true? Why do leaders tend to take complaints so personally? What does it take to learn that "it's not about you." If the leader is a chosen leader, the person grumbling is grumbling against God, not the leader. You need to be very careful about grumbling and complaining, God is not the author of confusion, and He will not be involved in anything or any person that is in this type of atmosphere or condition. You don't want to war against God, you will be in a no win situation. If the leader is a chosen vessel, that is truly working for the good of the kingdom of God, the leader that is chosen of God and not man-called will always be in the will of God if He is praying about all the decisions they make, if a person is not called for the task at hand; the task will not benifit anyone and will fail. No one likes to be wrong or to be talked about especially some one in charge. When we get to a point that we know it all, and need no rebukes from God we are in for a failure, no one is perfect yet and the only person that should be doing the rebuking, should be someone of a leadership position that has already been there and did what you are trying to do. It always pays to listen more than talking, I have found out that you will gain more knowledge by listening to others. Maranatha; Bondservantmccue
  2. Q1. (Exodus 15:24) What are the reasons that people grumble and complain? How do fear and faith relate to grumbling? What symptoms of grumbling do you see in your own life? What should you do about it? Most of the time people are uncertain and really don't want to accept the responsability for other peoples problems. It takes a person with courage and a very good prayer life to face the adversaries of today, people want to grumble and complain over the smallest things. I have found the best way to overcome symptoms of grumbling is to get the problem fixed fast before it gets out of control. We call ourselves Christians, so we should be Christ like, I never read about Him grumbling and complaning, that solves nothing it just prolongs the problem until it becomes a situation. maranatha Bondservantmccue
  3. I love Jesus, with all of my heart, I teach the School for Christ at our Church, and helping others along this path of life to make it to heaven is my main goal in life. I don't want anyones blood on my hands, for not sharing this plan of salvation to everyone. What a joy it is in serving Jesus, who gave His life for someone such as I.

  5. Q 4 WHY do we tend to fight our battles "in the flesh" rather than using spiritual weapons? The most common thing is usally it is the way to answer quickly without thinking the problem through, we get in a hurry an often say something that should have not been said; if we were praying about giving the right answer it would be totally different and the outcome would have been correct.---Why do we so often mistake the human enemy for the spiritual enemy? We don't want to think that we could be wrong and want to blame someone else for our neglect and over reacting, a spiritual person of God would not conduct him or her self in this fashion.--------When will God fight our battles---and when won't he? You can be sure of one thing if it's for the uplifting or helping the work of God to be carrried on, God will be right by your side and all worry is over, but if you want to take control and do it your way, God will step out of the scene, God has no part with conflicts and confusion in the church. What kind of example would we be protraying, God is not an author of confusion. Maranatha; Bondservantmccue
  6. Maranantha;

    I am a father and a grandfather, I have 2 children and 6 grandchildren. I teach the School of Christ in our Church, and I love Jesus, with all of my soul, mind, and body. What a joy it is to serve the lord and to help others alone the way. I try to make a difference in someones life everyday. God bless. The Bride of Christ is soon to be called home.

    Maranatha;

  7. Q4. Why are we so afraid to obey God when he puts on our heart to do something decisive? How are we to deal with fear when we feel it? What is the relationship of fear to courage? Why is courage required in leaders and disciples? Most of the time we are unsure about the voice of God telling us what to do, I say, if you are a true child of God, and through a prayer life the Holy Ghost will not lead you astray, try the spirit and see if it is of God, have courage and don't let Satan hinder you with fear, that is one of his most used tools, is to keep saints if God in fear. To be an effective leader you have to have courage to face any type of opposition that is put in your way. None wants to be a failure, but we all make mistakes, if you learned something from it count it a blessing and continue on with your head up press on toward the mark of the higher calling.
