The significance of all things being brought under Christ refers to God being the creator of the world. Christ is the head of the living church on earth. We are the family of believerss that called God father. The creator gave us his son to cleanse us of sin. Unity exists when we serve the Lord, regardless of our denominations or other differences.

I have been redeemed from slavery because i repented of my sin and was baptized. This redemption occured when i made the decision to seriously seek the Lord and desired a personal relationship with the Lord. Before I was redeemed, my life was full of empty rituals and those rituals did not make sense to me. I struggled daily with emotional anxiety, financial problems and even physical problems at one point in time. Without redemption, the future would have been a struggle also. Without God, I looked for human beings to fill that emptiness. Now , my future is bright and it is filled with opportunitys to serve the Lord and teach others about him.

When a parent adopts a child or a person aadopts a pet, that person or animal becomes a part of the family. Being part of the family exposes them to the traditions, resources and love of the family. Gods adopts us when we strive to develop a personal realtionship with him and repent and are baptized. This is encouraging because my sins are wiped away and God is almighty. His love is forever and is allows showing me how much he loves me.

In my opinion, holy means to be of pure moral character and of high integrity. Human beings cannot be holy. A person becomes holy through the workings of the Holy Spirit. Blameless means that sin has been washed away by the blood of Jesus.

Predestination was scary before I became a believer. Since I have been saved, I find it comforting. it means that I am a part of a divine master plan.

The servant was afraid because he was blind and could not see. Elisha was firm and steadfast in the Lord. Humas sometimes need to have strife and evil things happen before their eyes are opened. 1 John assures me that I am powerful because I am a child of God.

The commander said he was on neither side because the Lord is on a neutral side.I believe that Joshua was frightened and in awe of the commander. After the encounter , I am sure that Joshua did some soul searching.

King of Glory---- God is strong, almighty and all knowing. Father of Glory----- God is like a father. he created us, helps us grow and nurtures us emotionally and intellectually and spiritually if we seek his wisdom. God's glory comes to fill our lives as we worship, praise and pray to him.

This phrase means that God is almighty and the creator of all things. I apply this to my life by trying to live according to his will and by worshipping him.

The title "Most High" means to me that God is divine and deserves my thanks, prayers and worship. I will spend more time in His word.

Abraham and Melchizedek both believed that God was creator of heaven and earth. They believed that he was the only God during a time that people worshipped other and many Gods. Both men seemed to have a personal relationship with God rather than worshipping iddols.
