  3. Q4. (Matthew 1:23- Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.) How did the prophetic concept of the virgin conception and the name "Immanuel" find their fullness in the birth of Jesus to Mary? Answer: Nowhere in the Bible, has ever mentioned of a Virgin Birth, other than that of Mary. It is one of the greatest Miracle in human history, that I think will never ever happen again, with its magnitude. Immanuel means God is with us,..it means that God is our protector,God will save us,from harm and Danger, and that since God is with us,we shall fear no evil,we shall not fear what man can do against us,because we have a mighty protector that no one can defeat
  4. Q1. (1:18) In what sense are we given spiritual birth by the "word of truth"? What does spiritual life have to do with the Word? Answer: 1 In what sense are we given spiritual birth by the "word of truth"? The starting point of our relationship/Fellowship with God is through His Words. As God draws us nearer to His Son(John 6:44- No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day),His goodness(Romans 2:4-
  5. Q3. (Matthew 1:21- And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins) What is the significance of the name Jesus? Why do you think the angel gave the name to both Mary (Luke 1:31) and Joseph independently? Answer: 1. What is the significance of the name Jesus? HE IS THE SAVIOUR. 2. Why do you think the angel gave the name to both Mary (Luke 1:31) and Joseph independently? The emphasis is not on whether the Angel give it to Mary and Joseph independently or together..the emphasis is on the name JESUS,as it was written in capital in both instances, with great emphasis. Matthew 1:21- And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Luke 1:31-And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. The name who has been pre ordained,to be the name above all name.. Phil 2:9-11-Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
  6. Q2. (Matthew 1:19- Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.) What were Mary's options being pregnant and carrying a baby not her husband's? What kind of character did Joseph exhibit by deciding to divorce Mary quietly and leniently? Answer: What were Mary's options being pregnant and carrying a baby not her husband's? In a nutshell,Mary has not so many options..Her right standing with Society depends entirely on Joseph decision. Through out history,Joseph was not accorded the same respect that Mary did received. Although He did plan to divorce,Mary.but he planned it secretly, not to put shame on Mary.. This is his heart desire,UNTIL GOD PUT HIS DESIRE in Joseph Heart,by means of a Dream.. Joseph
  7. Q1. What would Jesus have learned as the son of a carpenter? What experiences would this have exposed him to? Answer: 1. What would Jesus have learned as the son of a carpenter? Jesus would learn:The art of Patience, Visions, and Remembrance. As a carpenter you must know what your clients wants. There is no blueprint, plans, drawings, sections and elevations to follow. You must listen patiently at the clients description, what He wants and you must have a very sharp memory recollection, and must be able to visualize and put into perfection what the clients require. Jesus would also learn, the art of Perfection. As a carpenter, you must be exact in your measurement, otherwise those parts will not fit in or compliment each other. Jesus would also learn, the Art of economics, and Time management. As a carpenter, you should be able to know the estimates, how much would it cost for a certain kinds of works, including the estimates of Materials, consumables, labor, and time. Jesus would know, how to estimate time of completion for each kind of work, depending on the materials, labor, available, and how to value time management. 2 What experiences would this have exposed him to? It exposed Jesus,in dealing with all kinds of people

  9. Q4. What does the call to the Great Banquet sound like when we extend the invitation to those around us? In what sense are we the servants told to "compel them to come in"? In what sense are we those who have been called to the feast in the Kingdom of God? Answer: 1. What does the call to the Great Banquet sound like when we extend the invitation to those around us? Jesus died for all of us..for the saved and the unsaved.1 John 2:2- And he the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. Matthew 5:45-That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. So the call to the great Banquet is like sharing the Gospel to all people that The Lord has drawn near to you..John 6:65-And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. 2. In what sense are we the servants told to "compel them to come in"? To compel them to come in,means to make them understand,to make them thirst, and desire to come. This only means that we need to make the invitation very strong, with encouragement and make them understand all the benefits, all the goodness, what will they become if they come in..tell them about all the good foods, all the good people whom they will meet inside, etc

When we respond to God, what do we consent to? Answer: 1 What is the essence of Mary's positive response to the angel? Obedience to GOD. 2. What can we learn from her response for our own lives? We must not look at our circumstances, the hardship,in life.We should stick and value the message from the WORD of GOD as it is written in The BIBLE. If we have revelation, knowledge,we must pursue it with fervor irregardless of the present contrary circumstances. PUT GOD above all..Put God WORD first..and just TRUST AND OBEY.. 3. In what sense was Mary's response an "informed consent"? When Mary, received the Word in Her Heart, and Confess the LORDSHIP of GOD in her life, much over than herself..I AM THE LORD SERVANT.(LUKE 1:38-.. Behold the handmaid( a female slave, involuntarily or voluntarily) of the Lord.. 4. When we respond to God, what do we consent to? 18. Q3. (1:5-8) How do trials help cure us of "doublemindedness"? How do trials help us grow in faith? Answer: 1 How do trials help cure us of "doublemindedness Now we know that indeed we are a Child of GOD. Hebrews 12:7-8 - If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?8 -But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. 3." How do trials help us grow in faith? Luke 17:5-And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. Faith is one of the most important virtues that God has for man.It is the only one, stated bt the Bible as both FRUIT and a GIFT, of the Spirit. FAITH as FRUIT-Galatians 5:22-23- 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. FAITH as GIFT-1 Cor 12:8-10- For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another. Grace alone cannot save us,for Grace has appeared to all men(Titus 2:11- For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,)..,YET WE KNOW NOT ALL MEN ARE SAVED. It need a combination of FAITH and GRACE for any man to be saved(Eph 2: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:) I think Faith is not something that will grow,I think that we have all the same measure of Faith, from God(Romans 12:3 -For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith)...and it depends How we use that Faith,in our daily life, whether we are tempted or not.. His disciple ask Jesus to increase their Faith in Gospel of Luke: Luke 17:5-And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. But Jesus reply: Luke 17:6- And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you. I think what Jesus mean here,is that We don
  19. Q2. (1:13-15) Why do people blame God for evil? Does God tempt us with evil? Does he tempt sinful people with evil? Why does he allow people to sin? Why does he allow evil to exist at all? Answer: 1. Why do people blame God for evil? People blame God for evil, that happened in their life..because of false teaching about the Sovereignty of God..People blame God for the bad things, because PEOPLE/MANKIND DONT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS ACTIONS..The ver nature of the first Adam that we inherit.. Gen 3:12-And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. Instead of Adam, admitting His Sin,He reasoned with God and try to justify His Act and instead point to other people as the one responsible..HOW TRUE ALSO IN THIS TIME.. 2. Does God tempt us with evil? NO!God dont want us to Sin,and in Fact give man pointers not to disobey Him,in a very Clear language.. Gen 2:17-But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. This is a very clear language spoken by God to Adam, not hidden in Parable lest Adam can say,HE DONT UNDERSTAND

Colossians 1:20-And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
