Old Jerry Posted May 18, 2022 Report Share Posted May 18, 2022 The sense that our non-believing friends, neighbors, and relatives are “dead” is they have no hope in the eternal life. The eternal life for them will be hell. The difference between us and them is that we have the hope of life with our Father. They are “dead” and subject to God’s “wrath” but there isn’t much I can do about it because it is a choice they have made, I can inform them of Jesus Christ our savior but the rest is up to them. Unless God intervenes such people live at the mercy of the devil and the cravings of their sinful nature. Only when God opens their eyes to the truth can people find salvation through faith in Jesus Christ and become spiritually alive.
