We come to the Lords table as a reminder of what the Lord died on the cross foe,and that is the forgiveness of our sins. How can we expect forgiveness from the Lord for our sins if we are not willing to forgive our fellow man.

Sorrow for our sins. Joy for the forgiveness of our sins,and that through the sacrifice of Jesus we have everlasting life.

The Jewish Passover is remembrance for God taking them out of Egypt.Today we celebrate the Lords Supper as a remembrance for what he did for us on the cross,and to acknowledge his return .

In the first Passover the blood was put on the doorposts to protect the jewish people from the angel of death. we are saved through the blood of Christ.

Slavery was common in the Old Testament. Relatives had to pay for them to be freed. We are freed by Jesus's blood on the cross.

Jesus is our Redeemer..

To think that God gave up His only son for our sins,make me want to Honor Him more. It is difficult not to sin as we live in a fallen world,but God knows our weaknesses and that is why he sets us free through Christ.

we are all slaves to sin.It is only through Jesus that we are set free.

Jesus was the unltimate attonement for our sin. We are no longer captives to sin.The devils neck was broken on calvary.We have victory over sin.

Because God is a Holy God,He cannot look upon sin.In the old Testament animals were used for sacrifice so that the people could atone for there sin.
