  1. Jesus did not come to judge people and we are not to judge but to show people the way to find salvation just as Jesus did, When he comes again he will judge for how we lived on earth.the ones who accepted Jesus as their Savior will be raised to eternal life.
  2. If we do not tell others our feeling about how we feel about Jesus then it would be to me we are afraid of how others will feel about us. I tell all that will listen what he has done for me which is the best testimony we can use. The Bible tells us that Jesus said if we are ashamed of him before his Father then he will be ashamed of us. Peter knew he messed up when everything happen that Jesus said would happen he wept bitterly. We should be more concerned much more about God's eternal acceptance than the temporary approval of other people.
  3. In time resisted God your heart hardened so much it will take a miracle from God to soften it. We are to continue to pray for them. Our Savior gives us many chances to come to Him . they are responsible for their own decisions. God is a just God but if we keep refusing Him He will refuse us. I pray for all with harden hearts.
  4. I think it is literally.I Isaiah 52: 13 It states that He would be highly exalted because of his sacrifice for our sins which means he died on the cross for us. Jesus died as one who was cursed it is amazing that this perfect man should die the most shameful death so that we would not have to face eternal punishment. Praise His Holy Name JESUs
  5. that we have to be so committed to living for Christ that we hate our lives by comparison. This does not mean that we long to die or being destructive with the life God has given us but be willing to die if doing so will glorify Christ. If we hate our life we are not willing to lay aside our worldly pleasures and our own self-centeredness to love God freely. We need to release our life and control to Jesus so we can live for him with joy in our lives. I am sure if anyone knew death was coming soon would plead with our Savior to not let it happen this is what Jesus done in the garden he knew every detail he was going to go through but Praise the Lord he realize that it was his Father's will and not his and that when he said not my will but thine will. This is how we should pray in the Father's will not our will.
  6. .Jesus sacrifice his life so we may have eternal life. Unless a grain of wheat is buried it will not become a blade of wheat .Jesus had to died to pay for our sins and to show he had power over death. Jesus died so we could have life. by having eternal life we have to give Jesus Christ our all we live for him daily read his word daily and believing he is our Master.
  7. The kind of worship for me is to give our all to the one we come to worship. cleaning our own hearts by repentance of our sins and clear our minds of everything so we can truly give all our glory to Jesus Christ. Our priorities at all times not just when we go to church to worship should be putting Jesus Christ first in all we do. Taking the message we hear out the door and using it in our daily life. My obedience to Jesus is giving my whole self to him like I said above to put him first and let his will be done. I speak for myself no I am not. I didn't go to church today because I felt bad Jesus died for me what if he felt bad and did not go to that cross for me. we let life styles get in way of our worship and until this body of ours is glorified we will always have an excuse for not being totally obedient.
  8. The people who were praising God for giving them a king had the wrong idea about Jesus. they were sure he would be a national leader who would restore their nation to its former glory and were deaf to the words of of their prophets and blind to Jesus real mission. Jesus followed his father's instructions and knew when his time would come.
  9. Jesus rode the donkey into Jerusalem with the crowd hailing Him as their King. Also to to announce that He indeed was the Messiah. Jesus chose this time when all Israel would be gather at Jerusalem. The effect of the crowd was mighty with them praising and worshiping Him. The same crowd on over in chapter was shouting crucify Him.
  10. 1. Judas objected because he wanted to have the money in his pocket. It would be more for him to steal. He was not giving the money to the poor. Judas was a thief. 2.This was a unique act for a special occasion. This was showing Mary's love for Jesus and a public declaration of faith in Him as the Messiah. This should have have taught Judas a valuable lesson about the worth of money. He did not take heed to this he would soon sell Jesus life for 30 pieces of silver. 3.She did this because she loved Jesus very much. She realize Jesus was walking in danger might be killed and was saving this to be put upon his body after death. 4.It teaches that we should worship with clean hearts and give our all to Jesus in worship. it means giving with an open heart and all we can. 5.My worship is not either. I go to worship and use this time to make me a better disciples for my Master. 6.Extravagant worship to me is bragging about what you have and how much you money you have and stockpiling the money the church has and not using for God's work.
  11. It was not time for Jesus to die and He went away knowing that His time was growing near. Jesus is fearless and He knew what was ahead. If we knew what lay a head of us we could not stand it. Jesus had the authority to take out all that were looking for Him but that was not God's plan. I thank you All mighty God for this.
  12. I think he said it is better for the man saying he is of God to die than all of them. They were afraid their nation would be taken from them. Jesus would die for all that believed on him all over the world.. Praise his Holy name and His love for us.
  13. In this verse we see that Jesus has many emotions . Jesus wept because he loved them as he loves us. Don't be afraid to hide any emotions from Him He already knows our sorrow and cares enough to weep with us.
  14. Jesus has power over life and death because he is the Creator of life. The ones that believes in Him has a spiritual life that death cannot touch in any way. To those of us that believe it is a wonderful assurance and certainty we have because of John 14:9 BECAUSE I LIVE,YE SHALL LIVE ALSO.
  15. Thomas took a stand and was prepare to die with Jesus. This sowed me he had courage and was loyal to Jesus. His faith was in his Master this time he knew if they died they would be with Jesus.
  16. 1.Robbers wolves in sheep clothing try to steer us clear of Jesus Christ. Just like shepherds protect his sheep Jesus protects his people from eternal harm. 2. Satan is always throwing things at us trying to lead us away from Jesus. 3. If we choose to follow Jesus He will give you everlasting safety. Choose Jesus Christ over everything in your life it will change for the better. 4. If Jesus is for us who can be against us. I turn all over to my Savior he will always be with us if we are with Him.
  17. 1.The hired tends the sheep for money while the shepherd does it for love. The shepherd would lay down his life for the sheep. 2.Jesus is not merely doing a job He is committed to love us and gave His life for us. False teachers and false prophets do not have this commitment.
  18. 1.An abundant life with a good shepherd would be someone always being there for us to get us through trials and troubles. Someone to go to at anytime. We are richly blessed because we have a shepherd for eternity. 2.We have an abundant life because of Jesus overflowing forgiveness love and guidance. 3.As Christians we will have troubles and trials and because we believe in Jesus Christ as our shepherd He will come to us and give us comfort. 4.Not as an unbeliever. They think they are living a good life. A good life is having Jesus as our Savior you can still have fun and enjoy life. The best part is we have fun and eternal life.
  19. 1.To know Jesus voice we first have to know Jesus. I know when Satan is speaking because it is never good.. You have to pray and study His word and when He speaks in that still soft voice you will know and you will glorify Him. 2.you truly have to know Him. While I am praying many thoughts goes through my mind about everything you have to pray for the Holy Spirit to clear your mind and just keep praying. the devil will do anything to keep a prayer from going anywhere. Keep praying until you get your prayer through.
  20. 1.To the ones that would not confess Jesus said they were blind and would never see their hard hard hearths. It is because of our stubbornness, stupidity that keeps us from our Savior. 2.those who refuse Christ wanting only what their pursuits in life have made satan their God unknowingly. 3.God had warn Pharaoh over and over about hard hearts. Some times when we dis-obey our Lord He will leave us.All we have to do is not to be blind to the word and Jesus Chrisit.
  21. 1.He heard that he had been cast out the Temple. I think Jesus wanted him to know who He was. He wanted him to know He was real and increase his faith. 2.He was very open about it. This man's faith was severely tested as so today the more you believe and follow Christ the more you are persecuted and you will lose friends. 3.The longer this man experienced his new life through Christ the more confident he became in the one who healed him. 4.I don't think he had knowledge of who Jesus was until he healed him. When we get to know Jesus everything looks clearer. He gained physical sight as well as spiritual sight. When we turn to Christ we see Him differently. 5.He needed to turn to Jesus in times of troubles now that he believes. As this man we all need to grow in grace and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ our Savior. 6. We need to talk about our Savior whenever we can be gentle and loving when we tell them what Jesus has done for us they will look at it differently. So many people have so many excuses not to accept Jesus we need to keep talking and walking with the Lord and pray that we will get through to them.
  22. 1.No sin is not the cause of things that happens to us.When it does it makes us look up and glorify our Lord Jesus Christ. We can always count on Jesus to take care of us. 2. Sickness helps us to seek Jesus we pour out our heart to him to heal us.If God took away suffering and sickness whenever we ask then we would follow Him just for comfort and convenience.
  23. 1. When Jesus stated this statement He undeniably proclaims his Divinity. 2.What Jesus taught and what He did are tied together to who He is. John shows Jesus as fully human and fully God.
  24. 1.Satan is the father of lies and tries to get us to follow his ways. it we speak not truth we are liars if we steal we are thieves and if we are under the devils control we do not know Jesus as our Savior. 2. If we tell lies we are a follower of the devil and the truth is not in us. we all know that Jesus is the truth the light and the way. 3. A habitual liar never tells the truth. He wants all to think He is a mighty person and he tells lies to back this up.
  25. 1.If a person does not have Jesus in their live they don't know their in sin. Most people have to hit rock bottom before they know something has to be done and that is when they look up to our Savior from the bottom of that muddy pit. 2.Getting to know Jesus Christ who will set you free it is a gift and all we have to do is ask for it.
