Q5. (Hebrews 2:16-18) Why in God's plan did Jesus have to become human like us? How does his humanity provide encouragement and help to us when we are in trouble?

Answer: Jesus has to be human like us,for it is Human in Adam, that turn over all the power that God has given to him(Adam),in the greatest disaster that ever happened in human history. So God has to be man to take this power, and give back to man.

Further Jesus has to be human,so that man can relate to Him,for they know that as Jesus has been tempted, yet commit no sin,and likewise suffer the same as them.So since Jesus understand the hardship and temptation of man,he will be more merciful and understanding to their situation.(Hebrews 2:18(amplified)- For because He Himself [in His humanity] has suffered in being tempted (tested and tried), He is able [immediately] [c]to run to the cry of (assist, relieve) those who are being tempted and tested and tried [and who therefore are being exposed to suffering].

And since we know through the Bible, that Jesus is tempted like us,yet commits no sin,we can relate through His example,by imitating Christ and Hate our sinful nature, sinful acts that just flows naturally when we are yet not illuminated(Hebrews 10:32- But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions).

Q5. (Hebrews 2:16-18) Why in God's plan did Jesus have to become human like us? How does his humanity provide encouragement and help to us when we are in trouble?

Jesus became human like us, so that He could know how we feel about trials and tribulations. He knows what we are going through, and therefore, can comfort us as we need to be comforted. That is why it should be easy for us to come to Him for help, and we need not be afraid, because He is not some cold, disinterested tyrant, who doesn't care how we feel. He loves us, and waits for us to call out to Him, so that He can help us!

Q5. (Hebrews 2:16-18) Why in God's plan did Jesus have to become human like us? How does his humanity provide encouragement and help to us when we are in trouble?

1) Jesus had to become human so he could become our merciful and faithful High Priest before God.

2) Because He suffered and was tempted, He understand our struggles. When we go thru our own suffering, we know that He is there to help get us thru.

Jesus became humans like us so that He could relate to us in our nature and suffering, and so He could be a sympathetic mediator for us. He understands our weaknesses and shows us mercy. He restored our broken relationship with the Father. Knowing that He suffered pain and faced temptations helps us in our trials. He understands our struggles and will be with us as we endure and overcome them.

In God’s plan Jesus had to become human like us so that He would know what we were going to go through. This encourages and helps me when I am in trouble because I know that Jesus had to go through the same thing only He didn’t sin like me.

Q5. (Hebrews 2:16-18) Why in God's plan did Jesus have to become human like us? How does his humanity provide encouragement and help to us when we are in trouble?

Jesus had to become human like us, so that through temptation, suffering and death he could experience all things we go through in life, thus becoming our High Priest he can offer mercy and forgiveness to us.

Being Jesus was human and knows what temptation is, he can help us in our time of need, when we are tempted and in times of trouble, this is his office of being High Priest.

In order to redeem man back to God, there needed to be a sacrifice, and since animal blood can not save, only human blood would be acceptable to God, so Jesus was made human to be that sacrifice to redeem man from his sins and bring him back to God. This was always the promise, the savior who was promised throughout the old testament.  Man was created by God to praise him and give him glory.  He promised Adam eternal paradise as long as he did not eat of a certain tree, the tree of knowledge and when Adam disobeyed God, he introduced sin into to world and man became separated from God. Jesus, God's only son was sent into the world to redeem man from sin and bring him back to God. Jesus in the human form was perfect and knew no sin and was the example for us to follow, to show us that we can overcome sin if we trust and obey God's word. In him we have an advocate to the father to be forgiven of sin when we repent and ask for forgiveness.

Q5. (Hebrews 2:16-18) Why in God's plan did Jesus have to become human like us? How does his humanity provide encouragement and help to us when we are in trouble?

In order that He could understand what we go through and better help us. In the Old Testament, God's people relied on imperfect priests to represent them before His throne. These priests were limited because they did not fully understand God's mercy, grace, and forgiveness. Jesus Christ became man so He could identify with us as our faithful High Priest. Jesus left Heaven and became a man not only to become a sacrifice for our sins but also to experience what we feel and to know exactly what it's like to be one of us. That's what makes Him our great Advocate and our absolutely perfect representative on the throne of grace. Jesus knows what it fees like to be tempted. He understands our weaknesses, pains, insecurities, and fears, and He wants to helps us break free from them and from the unforgiveness we feel towards ourselves. We can never say to Him, "You don't know what it's like to be me," because He does. In fact, we know less of the pain of temptation that He does because He never gave in to it. (Stanley, C 2009, 2019 The Charles Stanley Life Principles Bible Second Ed.) It shows us that He is better equipped to help us during hard times.

God's plan had Jesus  to become human like us, so we could see God's grace and truth in the flesh, see how He died for our sins, and give us hope in the face of a fallen wretched world that would crucify Him and ourselves

How does his humanity provide encouragement and help to us when we are in trouble?

He said, Lo I am always with you, even to the end. When we are "in trouble" is it not a blessing to be able to call on Him to stay faithful despite the uncomfortable situation? Did He not suffer far more than any human can suffer? Did He not say to get up and take up our cross to follow Him at al costs of this world? Perhaps the cost of not following is far worse than the glory of accepting all in our live, because it is the will of God, and our actions to follow or not follow His will?
