Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed? Is it just?

It is the lamb that initiates the storm of destruction, Jesus himself. It appears to be directed on all of the earth, men, probably unbelievers although I don

The Lamb, Jesus Christ, the Worthy One, opens the Seven Seals to reign destruction upon an evil and unjust world, diobedient toward the will of the loving God. And yes, it is just in the face of generations of rebellion and blasphemy against the One who created us, who has given the nations ample time to repent of their sins.

The Lamb is the only one who is worthy to open the seals. By the breaking of the first seal (by the Lamb) the great storm of destruction is initiated.

The storm of destruction is directed to all people, regardless of status, wealth, position etc.

Is it just? Definitely - our Lord and King is a just one and would therefore, never place injustice upon His people. We may not understand but it isn't for us to understand - his plan is perfect and He constantly gives us opportunities to run into His arms - if we refuse to do this it is only upon ourselves.

[size="2]The Great Tribulation will unquestionably be a devastating experience for all the inhabitants of the earth, but it will fall especially hard upon believers in Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, opens the first seal upon the earth. God's judgment is always just.

And they will say on that day,

Christ alone has the right to unveil the meaning of the seals. But He does not fully explain each seal in this context. In fact, He had already

Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed? Is it just?

In Revelation 5, it was clearly written that Jesus Christ is only the One who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll; therefore, He is the One who initiates this great storm of destruction for Satan and for sinners. One beautiful gift that God has given us is the gift of choice; the freedom to choose between what is right and what is wrong, and every choice that we make, there is always a consequence. Thus, this great storm is just for God is never unjust.

Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed? Is it just?

Greetings and God bless you!

Jesus initiates the great storm by breaking the seven seals and releasing with each one a horse riding. It is directed at the unbeliever.

Those who persecute the Christians the unsaved.

Yes because they have not repented and sked for forgiveness and Jesus to be their Savior. He must deal with wicked to have a new heaven and earth.

Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals?

I believe it is God Almighty who initiates the great storm of destruction, as He has the Lion open the seals.

Rev 6:10 They cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

Against whom is it directed?

I believe judgment is directed against all those who have slain God

Sue D :) Q 1 Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed ? Is it just?

Vs.1 says Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals because He'd been found to be the only one worthy to open the seals -- which were spoken of in chapter 5 "who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seals"? An angel was asking all of this -- John was weeping because no one could be found worthy -- then an elder came to console him.

It is directed to those who have rejected Christ as Savior.

God has promised judgement to the sin in the world. People are the sinners / rejectors. God is gracious and merciful but He has told us that That will come to an end. Eventually there will be a new Jerusalem, but much has yet to happen.

Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed? Is it just?

God (Jesus) initiates the storm of destruction against the world, but in particular those who ignore the teachings of Jesus. God is just, although we may not be able to fathom His justice.

Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed? Is it just?

Our Savior initiates this destruction at the start of the end of times. this is a fulfillment of earlier scriptures.

since we are all sinners, even the saints/believers, what God sends upon us is just. :o

Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed? Is it just?

The one who opens the scroll, to initiate the end-times, this is the lamb who was slain by the world, us. In this fallen materialistic world where so many deny God exists and worship money and short term pleasure. It is directed at all of us and it is just to make use suffer a little or a lot, depending on how He feels and what He knows about our deep selves. We deserve every bit of it. Fortunately for all of us, God does not punish like we deserve. Jesus said simply I came to save. Hosanna in the highest!

Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed? Is it just?

This great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals is initiated by the Lamb of God who was found worthy to open the Scroll, and it directed against the inhabitants of the earth, those who remain after the Church is taken out of the earth. Is it just? That prophecy be fulfilled is the faithfulness of God. The great storm is the beginning of what must take place on the earth prior to the establishment of a new earth.

Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed? Is it just?

Jesus, as the Lamb, initiates this great storm of destruction. It is directed toward mankind who have denied the Lord Jesus. Some who have remained faithful are martyred. It may seem unfair, but God is always just.

Q1. (Revelation 6)

Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals?

Against whom is it directed?

Is it just?

This is initiated by God. We see 4 horsemen bringing war and famine and disease and depression and death. They are involved in a great spiritual battle against the evil forces of the prince of darkness. Yes, it is just, and the good news is that Jesus is winning!

Q1. (Revelation 6) Who initiates this great storm of destruction represented by the Seven Seals? Against whom is it directed? Is it just?

The Lamb is the one who opens the seals. It is not written, but the author is presumably God Himself for those who do not repent and trust in God.
