The Lamb represents that Jesus Christ died without a fight like a lamb being led to the sherer.  Overcoming death and being resurrected to life eternal.  The seven seals on the scroll.  The seven eyes are the seven Spirits of God that are sent forth into all of the world.  The seven Churches in Asia and each having an angel presiding over it.  Power, peace, eternal life, holiness, love, the Alpha and the Omega the first and the last.
